The Glencolton Biodynamic Farm and Spa yurts are located on a 200 acre biodynamic farm in beautiful West Grey. Guests are welcome to book either the Blue or Green Mongolian yurts and walk around the property and enjoy being in nature. A cozy insulated space available all year round. Brunch can be requested for an additional fee. This accommodation is rustic with outhouse (composting toilets), outdoor showers and wash basin. Farm experience is also available. Snowshoeing or skiing trail are nearby or on the farm.
Biodynamic Farm and Spa Yurt

The yurt is an authentic Mongolian yurt made of all natural materials. Fully insulated and very spacious the yurt can accommodate more people by bringing a cot. A great place to get away from it all. Unfortunately the yurt does not have running water, but is equipped with water and wash basin. Please bring your own lantern. The spa feature is booked directly with the host. Outdoor showers are only available in above freezing temperatures.

There is no electricity within the yurt but if you temporarily need power you can plug into the box outside of the yurt.

Guest may walk around the farm and visit the animals.

Notes

They are a working farm with many animals. The destination includes a farm bakery with fresh baking available each Friday afternoon, and beautiful home cooked hot breakfast with locally-sourced, organic ingredients. Additionally, there is a spa, hot tub, and wood-fired sauna. If you would like to use these facilities you are required to pre arrange the time slot for your private use.
